Terms of service

These terms are an operational draft pending review by a qualified attorney, including the operator identity, state law, dispute terms, liability limits, and investment-adviser posture.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using Quant Paradise, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to use member features. The service is intended for users in the United States; access from elsewhere does not mean the service complies with another jurisdiction.

Educational publication; no client relationship

Quant Paradise publishes impersonal, general-circulation educational research. It does not evaluate a user's objectives, finances, holdings, taxes, experience, or ability to bear loss. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice; execute or manage user accounts; undertake a fiduciary duty; or guarantee an outcome. A subscription, access code, Discord membership, message, or support response does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.

Labels, contract examples, alerts, targets, level maps, and commentary can still influence trading decisions and therefore require securities counsel review before sale. Calling content “educational” does not control its legal classification.

Trading risk

You are responsible for every decision and order. TQQQ, leveraged ETFs, and options can lose value rapidly. Long options can lose the entire premium; some option strategies can lose more. Data, automation, and no warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, content, classifications, data, APIs, software, automation, community content, and availability are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Information may be delayed, stale, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Verify prices and contract terms with a licensed broker before acting.

Performance and testimonials

Historical, modeled, hypothetical, market-observed, and executed results are different evidence types and must not be combined or relabeled. Hypothetical results do not represent actual trading and may not account for spreads, slippage, commissions, taxes, liquidity, missed fills, or the difficulty of following a model. Past or hypothetical performance does not predict future results. Testimonials, if ever used, describe individual experiences, are not guarantees, and require verification plus clear disclosure of material connections and generally expected results.

Accounts and acceptable use

Access credentials are for the authorized user and may not be shared, sold, scraped, reverse engineered, or used to bypass controls. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution. You may not republish member material, remove disclosures, misstate provenance, impersonate Quant Paradise, use the service for market manipulation or unlawful conduct, introduce malicious code, or overload the service. Access may be suspended to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.

Discord and community conduct

Community posts are the speakers' own views and may be wrong. No member is authorized to give personalized advice on behalf of Quant Paradise. Do not post account numbers, exact portfolio holdings, private contact information, nonpublic information, unlawful promotions, harassment, impersonation, or promises of returns. Moderators may remove content or users but cannot guarantee that every harmful post will be prevented. Discord's terms and privacy notice also apply.

Premium subscription, renewal and cancellation

Premium costs $29 per month, billed by Stripe at the start of each billing period. It renews automatically and the same recurring charge is made each month until you cancel. Taxes, if any apply, are shown at checkout. Price changes will be announced in advance as required by law and apply only from a later billing period.

You can cancel online at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked in the members area, without contacting anyone. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Full refund within 7 days of your first payment; after that, no partial refunds. Details are on the refunds and cancellation page.

Before checkout you must tick an acknowledgement that reads: “I understand this is educational research, not personal investment advice; Quant Paradise is not a registered investment adviser; options can lose 100% of what I pay; past results do not guarantee future results; and I make and place my own trades. I agree to the Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.” Quant Paradise records the time and text version of that acknowledgement and passes a matching reference to the payment processor.

A subscription buys access to research publications, alerts and member tools. It does not buy advice, trade execution, account management, or any result. No refund is owed because a published call lost money.

Third-party services and market-data rights

Third-party services may have separate terms, fees, outages, and privacy practices. Market data remains subject to exchange, plan, broker, and vendor rights. User access to a broker feed does not grant Quant Paradise a right to redistribute it. No live or delayed quote feed should be displayed unless the applicable vendor contract and required exchange or plan permissions expressly allow that use.

Liability and mandatory legal review

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any enforceable limitation of liability, indemnity, governing-law, forum, arbitration, class-waiver, or intellectual-property provision depends on the operator's legal identity and jurisdiction and must be drafted or approved by qualified counsel. No boilerplate can prevent regulatory action, fraud claims, data-breach duties, or liability for conduct the law does not permit a contract to waive.

Changes

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
