Corrections log

Material errors are corrected transparently. Original signal timing and provenance are never silently rewritten to improve a result.

Correction process

A correction records the affected URL or signal identifier, original publication date, correction date, what changed, and why. If an error affects an aggregate, both the row and the aggregate are recalculated with the change disclosed.

Published corrections

No public corrections have been recorded since this log was established on August 31, 2026. This is not a claim that every page is error-free; it is the current state of the log.
